On the 3rd of December Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland hosted a special guest in Jawor – Mrs. Elżbieta Bieńkowska, EU Commissioner for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs.

The program included a visit on the construction site of the factory, the exhibition “Jawor. New chapter in the history of Mercedes-Benz” in the Regional Museum in Jawor and a meeting with local authorities and representatives of institutions.

At the end Mrs. Elżbieta Bieńkowska visited the Evangelical Church of Peace in Jawor – one of the biggest wooden building, inscribed in 2001 on the UNESCO’s World Heritage List.
