Solidarity in fighting gender inequality

Equality, a culture of recognition and mutual respect are features that are important to the entire Daimler concern, including the employees of Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland. From the very beginning, the factory focuses on skills and knowledge and does not define jobs and salaries as typically male or female. A raised hand is a symbol of solidarity in fighting gender inequality. According to Eurostat data, differences in income between women and men are still visible (and growing) in Poland (approx. 8.5%).
