Finding talent and retaining it – this is the basis of success for any company. Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland has no problem with that. Once again, it won in the “Engineering” category in the Polish edition of the Universum Talent Survey. It was attended by students from over 60 countries, and almost 13,000 students from 77 universities in Poland. The Universum Most Attractive Employers Poland 2021 ranking includes seven categories: business and trade, engineering, IT, medical sciences, humanities, legal and exact sciences.

Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Poland won in the “Engineering” category. This is a big deal, especially considering that it is a young plant, which is climate-neutral and built on the principles of “Industry 4.0”. It offers an employee-friendly business culture based on respect for values ​​such as trust, kindness, ESG and diversity and is also open to the needs of the local community. We are glad that young people appreciate it.
